Book Week

It’s Book Week in our school again and the children are excited by all that is going on to promote reading for pleasure. The week was launched with Mrs Fish’s big pencil and big book and the children were particularly excited about visiting the library, glimpses of the Book Wizard and the competitions including character pebbles and designs for our planned Little Free Library. The Book Wizard has visited every classroom leaving great books and the children’s English lessons have been around these books and their authors. They have also been very impressed with our book doors adorning every classroom!
