Book Week

This week is Book Week at Willow Lane and the children are involved in lots of activities which will enhance their enjoyment of reading. The ever popular Book Fair will be at school where children can buy new books. This also generates books for the school to reinvigorate our library area with current reads. Every child will be creating a book in class and publishing their own writing in it, decorating a potato as a book character and listening to their peers share their favourite books. We will be holding a special assembly on Thursday to look at the fabulous books and potatoes created!
