British Food

As part of their Geography learning, Orange Class have been learning key facts about the different countries which make up the United Kingdom. Within this, they have studied the different foods which have been made famous by each region. Here are a selection of photos from the Orange Class food tasting day. The foods the children tried were Irish stew, Welsh rarebit, fish and chips, roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, haggis, neeps and tatties and colcannon mash. The haggis was surprisingly popular.
