Daffodil planting

Every child in the school has been getting involved in planting bulbs. Not only do we think it is important that children have this link with gardening and growing but we feel some extra cheer with springtime flowers is well needed this year. We also know from our Science learning that flowers are an important source of food for local insects. The children have been planting mixed daffodil bulbs around the running track and we can’t wait to see what they look like.
