Election Assembly

Who will the school vote for? Will it be the Wren which weighs the same as a one pound coin? Harry Potter’s favourite the Barn Owl? Or the Puffin with its comedy coloured beak? Today, each bird had a speech written by children to get votes and despite a visiting parrot from Brazil, everyone knows who the final ten are. We all watched Miss Henriksen show us how to vote – using our special ballot box – and assembly was topped off with what else but ‘Three Little Birds’.
