Hindu Temple

Last week, Orange Class visited the Gujarat Hindu Temple in Preston as part of our RE curriculum.  They learnt about the Hindu way of life, their values and their beliefs and compared these to our school values and found lots of shared beliefs. When we got back to school, the children were excited to share what they had learnt with Violet Class. Orange Class also learnt about Diwali (the Festival of Light) and enjoyed making their colourful Diva lamps.
