Korfball Tournament

The Korfball team put in a superb performance and were runners up at the inter-school tournament they participated in. Their positive attitudes were comments on by staff from other schools and their accurate passing and excellent teamwork gave them victories in all their first round matches. In the semi-final they gave their all to secure a 1-0 victory and a place in the finals where following a close contest they came runners up. The children’s participation in this event was made possible through the school’s use of Sports Premium funds which gives children opportunities beyond the PE curriculum.
