Mapwork

Green Class have been looking at local Ordnance Survey maps and familiarising themselves with where the school is, what symbols mean and the local area. They have also been looking at older maps to see how Lancaster has changed over the years. They particularly enjoyed seeing the different industries and uses on the Marsh and the Quay. Did you also know that there used to be a race course on Willow Lane?
