Maths No Problem

The new approach to teaching mathematics continues to be popular and having an impact in our classrooms. The Maths No Problem approach to learning maths mastery encourages collaboration, proving answers in multiple ways and solving problems presented in different ways. Coupled with the appealing opportunity to capture ideas on our whiteboard tables, the children are all enjoying their maths lessons. Year 6 have been embracing fractions over the last two weeks and this week have been confidently adding and subtracting proper fractions and mixed numbers including those with different denominators.
