Morecambe Beach
Despite the weather, Yellow Class had an amazing time at the beach in Morecambe. We walked down the stone jetty and the prom and looked at all the features of seaside towns such as pebbly and sandy beaches, ice cream shops, lifeboat stations, arcades and souvenir shops. This trip helped the children embed their understanding of the Victorian Seaside topic they have been learning about in class. We had loads of fun playing games on the stone jetty and playing on the beach. We brought out the sunshine with our smiles!
