Orange Class TIME Project

Orange Class have been working with artists, actors, film makers and musicians as part of the HMDT Time project (http://www.hmdt.org.uk/hmdtmusic/blog/2016/06/16/time-testing-impact-and-measuring-effect/). This research based project develops teaching in these areas as well as using these areas to enhance the curriculum and this approach fits with how we look to engage children in order to teach to the heart. The children have composed songs, built puppets, learnt acting skills and assisted in planning in turning the book ‘The robot and the bluebird’ in to a film. They have had a lot of fun along the way and are very proud of their creation.
