School Development Plan

Every year we focus on key areas to make the school and the education experience even better for all of our children. We are constantly striving to the best for everyone and make these decisions based on school data, questionnaires and local and national initiatives.Last year our key priorities focused on embedding our new creative curriculum.

This year our key priorities are based around ensuring that this curriculum is pitched age appropriately, taught in a way which engages and challenges all children and also that through our analysis of children’s progress we are supporting all children through quality first teaching and timely interventions.

Key Priority 1:Quality of Education: IMPLEMENTATION Teaching and Learning across the full range of subjects is good and better.
Key Priority 2:Quality of Education: IMPACT Disadvantaged children are making good and better progress across the full range of subjects.
Key Priority 3:Personal Development Children are responsible, respectful, active citizens who have age appropriate understanding of healthy relationships.
Key Priority 4:Leadership and Management Leaders focus on improving standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the curriculum.
Kay Priority 5:EYFS Children are ready for the next stage of their education.
