School Development Plan

Every year we focus on key areas to make the school and the education experience even better for all of our children. We are constantly striving to the best for everyone and make these decisions based on school data, questionnaires and local and national initiatives.Last year our key priorities focused on embedding our new creative curriculum.

This year our key priorities are based around ensuring that this curriculum is pitched age appropriately, taught in a way which engages and challenges all children and also that through our analysis of children’s progress we are supporting all children through quality first teaching and timely interventions.

Key Priorities
Key Priority 1:Leaders and governors focus on consistently improving outcomes for all pupils, but especially for disadvantaged pupils.
Key Priority 2:Teachers plan lessons very effectively to age expectations, making maximum use of lesson time.
Key Priority 3:Children’s excellent attitudes to learning have a strong positive impact on their progress.
Key Priority 4:We support all children to meet at least age expected outcomes.
