Problem Solving Maths

Orange Class have been learning about positional language – left, right, in between, up and down – and using it to solve problems. They have found out what order different fruit are prepared in, the order of different coloured rectangles and different options for how Jack might climb a beanstalk! This approach to Mathematics both teaches children the concepts as well as embedding them through using the ideas to solve problems.
