Recycling

In assembly we learnt lots of facts about things that we throw away. Did you know that if all the cans thrown away by people every year were put end to end it would make a line nine times around the world? Did you know that disposable nappies take hundreds of years to degrade and styrofoam millions?

Because we don’t want the world to end up covered in mess and because we can save energy and money, we know it is important to Recycle, Reuse and Reduce. Help your child at home to use the correct bins and to follow the ‘Three Rs’.
