Run, Run, Run
The children have been enjoying testing the running track this week. Next week we will launch our ‘A Mile A Day’ campaign which will see every child involved in 15 minutes exercise a day with the aim of as many of them as possible building up to running a mile (5 laps) in that time. We all know we feel more alert and happier when we exercise and we are excited to be part of research project to see if such exercise can help the children concentrate, behave, focus and sleep more as well as the obvious health benefits.
