Science Classification

Year 6 are learning about classification of plants and animals. One way to sort and classify is using a branching database. First, we sorted licorice allsorts and then progressed to sorting leaves from trees and plants we found in the school grounds. We are enjoying learning about the characteristics of different plants and animals and are excited for our trip to RSPB Leighton Moss next week.
