Special Mentions

Congratulations to this week’s special mentions. Most children were chosen for a connection to reading – it being Book Week – and it is great to hear how much reading for pleasure is taking place at home as well as at school. As well as our regular certificates, there were awards and prizes (books) for a child from each class who has impressed their teacher this week with their writing. These will be going on display in the hall so keep an eye out for the fabulous work which will show how writing progresses throughout our school!
