Take One Picture

This week, the whole school have been using a single piece of art as inspiration for their learning. We have taken The National Gallery’s  ‘Take One Picture’ approach and adapted it for our area. Using a painting by local Lancashire artist Sarah Dunn, the children have created their own art, learnt about the science of animals and produced writing including diaries, stories and speech bubbles. On Friday we will be joining together for a sharing assembly so make sure you look on the blog for images of your children’s creations.
