TIME for Drama

Thank you to HMDT Music (http://www.hmdt.org.uk/), with whom we are working on a project called TIME, for arranging both the visiting performer and the training opportunities for our teachers too. Yellow and Indigo Class spent time with a visiting opera director and as well as learning generic drama skills, they had the opportunities to act out parts of their topic to develop empathy for people involved. Indigo Class particularly enjoyed become Angles and imagining what choices they might make should invaders approach their village! This will then go on top have a positive impact on their writing in the classroom.
