Violet 1066 Assembly

Thank you to Violet Class who took us on a tour through history before focusing on the major events that unfolded on our island in 1066. This is a key year in our history and the children have been enjoying learning about the clashes between the Vikings, Anglo Saxons and the Normans. The children shared facts, re-enacted battles, acted out various crownings and shared their creative homework including shields and long boats!
