Westmorland Show

Indigo Class enjoyed an insightful, if wet, trip to the Westmorland County Show. As part of their topic, Food Glorious Food, the children had opportunities to see different produce and understand local food production. The children enjoyed tasting food, the police section, alpacas and the poultry tent and a particular favourite was the dancing sheep – as well as the mud! Throughout the trip, the children displayed excellent behaviours and this was remarked on by members of the public.
