Mental Health: Help and Advice

Many people experience poor mental health at some point in their lives. We understand that there are events in our lives that can be very difficult to manage and have negative impacts on us and our families. If you are struggling with your mental health or other issues, you can contact the school and we may be able to direct you to organisations that offer specific help and support.
