The Plot is seeking 20 more people to join its crop-share scheme this growing season. Not only will you get fresh and 100% locally grown organic veg each week delivered to a nearby community collection point or your doorstep from June> November; but your money goes towards supporting this local market garden that hosts a farmstart training programme, and in so doing is actively working to build a ring of agro ecological growers around the city once more, The crop share model is also interesting in that it builds a direct relationship between grower and buyer/ eater and shares the risk of the season with the grower.
